Here's how it works..


1. Call us at (509) 533-1658 to setup an appointment with a Virtual Geek.
Often we can log on to your computer immediately, or within the same day.

2. Confirm that you have high-speed internet access.
Dial-up access is not supported.

3. Have billing info ready.

4. Agree to the following terms...

  • By clicking the button below, I understand that Spokane Computer Geeks will
    remotely access my computer.

  • This remote access is 100% secure using 256 bit encryption through LogMeIn.

  • I will be given a quick FREE diagnosis to see if my problem can be fixed remotely.

  • If so, I will be charged a rate of $50 per hour, with a $50 minimum charge.

  • I can end this remote session at any time by pressing "Disconnect", which will
    permanently close Spokane Computer Geeks access to my computer.

  • Although Spokane Computer Geeks will do their best to anticipate what it will
    take to fix my problem, I agree to pay for this hourly service even if it is
    determined at any time that my problem cannot be fixed remotely due to
    unforseen circumstances.
